I will review your nutrition goals, lifestyle, medical history and food preferences. I hope to answer any nutrition questions that you have and provide you with advice tailored to your specific needs. Follow-up visits will address progress with your nutrition plan and any challenges that have occurred. I recommend booking your follow-up visit 2 weeks after your initial appointment.
I will send you the first week of your personalized meal plan a few days after our first visit. New weekly meal plans will be generated for you for the following 3 weeks. You will be able to access your meal plans and grocery list through the EatLove website or app. I will also email you a summary of recommendations after our visits including any food and supplement recommendations.
